Bell Watson can trace their roots back to the 1820’s when the firm was originally founded as Briggs and Holmes Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers.

Bell Watson are the quality estate agent servicing Scunthorpe, Brigg, Broughton, Kirton Lindsey, Messingham, Scotter, Winterton, Barnetby, Barton upon Humber, The Wolds and all surrounding areas . Bell Watson have continued to expand and diversify and now provide a full range of property services through the offices prominently located in Scunthorpe and Brigg. Dedicated to progress and service, the firms directors and colleagues are able to undertake all aspects of urban estate agency, but specialising in residential and commercial sales, valuation and property management.

As the estate agency business is changing and moving more towards an online platform, we have decided to modernise and centralise our business and staff in order to offer our clients a more efficient service.

From 16th December 2019, the business will be located at 66 Wrawby Street Brigg, and all the existing services including estate agency, property management, commercial property, planning, rent reviews, and surveying will be available from one central location.

Our telephone numbers will remain the same, as will our email addresses and contacts. We will continue to cover the same areas as before, and we will be happy to come out to see you at your property to discuss you ongoing requirements.
